David L.
Brough, Esq., a shareholder in the firm, received his Bachelor
of Science with honors in Business Management from the University of
Massachusetts in 1993. Mr. Brough received his Juris Doctor Law
Degree with honors from the University of Miami School of Law in
1997 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997. Mr. Brough is a
member of the Board of Directors for the Broward chapter of the
Community Association's Institute (CAI). Mr. Brough serves as an
educational facilitator for CAI and as an instructor teaching
classes for CAI to property managers as well as to board members and
residents in condominium and homeowners associations throughout the
Tri County area. Mr. Brough has represented homeowner and condominium
associations at all levels, including, pre-suit, suit and appeal.
Mr. Brough is admitted to practice in the US District Court,
Southern District of Florida. Mr. Brough is a member of Attorneys'
Title Insurance Fund, Inc.
Michael S.
Chadrow, Esq., a shareholder in the firm, earned his Bachelor of
Business Administration Degree with honors from Florida Atlantic
University in 1994 and his Juris Doctor Law Degree from Nova
Southeastern Shepard Broad Law Center in 1998. Mr. Chadrow was
admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998 and was admitted to practice in
the United States District Court for the Southern District of
Florida in 1999. Mr. Chadrow has represented community association
clients at all levels, including pre-suit, suit and appeal and has
handled a variety of matters including the collection of delinquent
assessments, covenant enforcement, preparation of amendments to
governing documents, construction defect litigation, condominium
reconstruction after casualty, housing discrimination claims, tenant
eviction proceedings, real estate and commercial contract disputes
and commercial collection. Mr. Chadrow has published articles on a
variety of topics concerning community association law, which have
appeared in Condo Management Magazine. Mr. Chadrow is also a
member of Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund, Inc.
Scott J. Levine, Esq., a
shareholder in the firm, earned his Bachelor of Science Degree with
honors in Psychology from the University of Florida in 1997, and his
Juris Doctor Law Degree cum laude from Nova Southeastern University,
Shepard Broad Law Center in 2001. Mr. Levine was admitted to the
Florida Bar in 2001. Mr. Levine is also a member of the American Bar
Association. Since his admission to the Florida Bar, Mr. Levine has
focused his career on community association law. He has counseled
and represented many condominium and homeowners associations,
throughout Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties, involving all
aspects of community association law. Mr. Levine has published legal
articles on a variety of topics concerning community association
law, which have appeared in Condo Management Magazine and Community
Living. His articles include the following: “Condominium Leasing
Restrictions: Florida Supreme Court Paves the Way for the Future
with Landmark Case”; “What Do You Mean By Fiduciary Duty? An
Exploration of Board Members’ Responsibilities and Liabilities”;
“Rules and Regulations vs. Covenants and Restrictions: An Analysis
of the Board’s Authority to Govern”; “Making Sense out of the
Changes to Homeowner Association Law in Florida”.
Scott L. Pestcoe,
Esq., Of Counsel, graduated from the University of
Florida, College of Law with honors in 1988 where he was awarded the
Order of the Coif, Order of the Barristers and held the position of
Chancellor of the University’s Honor Court, overseeing
administration of the University’s Honor Code to 35,000 students.
Mr. Pestcoe is admitted to practice before all of the courts in the
State of Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern
and Middle Districts of Florida and the United States Circuit Court
for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Pestcoe has an extensive civil trial
practice, focusing in the areas of commercial litigation, property
loss and damage (including land, sea and air transportation related
claims, both plaintiff and defense) and catastrophic personal injury
(including medical malpractice and products liability). He is a
member of the American Trial Lawyers Association of America, The
Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers and numerous legal associations.
Mr. Pestcoe is very active in civic organizations in Dade and
Broward County having founded Temple Dor Dorim in Weston, Florida.
Mr. Pestcoe was born September 13, 1963 in Nashville, Tennessee.
Amber N. Warren, Esq., an
associate attorney in the firm, earned her Bachelor’s of Science
degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University
in December of 2001. Ms. Warren earned her Juris Doctor Law degree
from Florida International University School of Law in 2005. While
at Florida International University School of Law, Ms. Warren was a
volunteer for the Guardian Ad Litem Program in Fort Lauderdale ,
Florida . Ms. Warren was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2006. Ms.
Warren was born in Miami, Florida.
