Scott L. Pestcoe, Esq., Of Counsel

Scott L. Pestcoe, Esq., Of Counsel, graduated from the University of Florida, College of Law with honors in 1988 where he was awarded the Order of the Coif, Order of the Barristers and held the position of Chancellor of the University's Honor Court, overseeing administration of the University's Honor Code to 35,000 students. Mr. Pestcoe is admitted to practice before all of the courts in the State of Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the United States Circuit Court for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Pestcoe has an extensive civil trial practice, focusing in the areas of commercial litigation, property loss and damage (including land, sea and air transportation related claims, both plaintiff and defense) and catastrophic personal injury (including medical malpractice and products liability). He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association of America, The Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers and numerous legal associations. Mr. Pestcoe is very active in civic organizations in Dade and Broward County having founded Temple Dor Dorim in Weston, Florida. Mr. Pestcoe was born September 13, 1963 in Nashville, Tennessee.
